Graduated from Le Cordon Blu in 2014 with an Associates Degree in occupational science Baking and patisserie program. Completed my externship at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina. Worked at the Carter Presidential Center as a Pastry Chef for the largest and most popular catering company in Atlanta Proof of the Pudding. I developed a love for baking at an early age watching my grandmother test recipes in her kitchen. I pride myself on scratch baking and using the best possible ingredients to create custom designs for my customers needs!
